The Zookeeper!!!

I realized today that that my job as a parent is very similar to that of a zookeeper.  Zookeepers take care of wild animals by feeding them, cleaning their living spaces, and working to keep them healthy. I take care of 5 boys (who have a tendency to display some of the same behaviors exhibited by wild animals...especially in the bathroom!) and do pretty much the same thing: feed them, clean up after them, and spend countless hours at doctors offices!!!  Add THAT to my list of credentials!!!
